Instructions and Procedure for online submission of Application

General Instructions: 

1.       The instructions are to be read carefully before filling up of the online convocation application form. 

2.       The list of eligible students for the award of their concerned degrees have been uploaded at <URL>. All the students are hereby requested to kindly get the same checked properly. If any discrepancy is found, please inform at the Office of Controller of Examinations immediately.

3.       Students are required to furnish the complete and correct information as per the university records while filling of the online convocation application form.

4.       Student is required to ensure the accuracy of the name in Devnagri script (Hindi) (as mentioned in valid documents). No request for change in the name will be entertained after the degree has been printed. 

5.       The payment of the requisite convocation application fee is mandatory. Merely filling the convocation form, without any payment made thereof, is not sufficient to receive the degree at the Sixth Convocation Ceremony.

6.       Please ensure that you have opted for correct choice regarding mode of receiving the degree (“In Person” or “In Absentia”). 

7.       Please provide the proper postal address for dispatch of your degree through “Post”. 

8.       All the decisions with regard to the distributions of degrees and medals taken by the University will be treated as final and binding to all concerned.

9.       It should be noted that incomplete and incorrect applications will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 

10.   For update regarding convocation related announcements, students are advised to check the University website regularly.
